The Valley of Flowers, at the Statue of Unity in Kevadia, Gujarat, is a stunning garden known for its natural beauty and horticultural excellence. Spanning 250 hectares in its first phase, with plans to expand to 3,200 hectares, this garden features two serene lakes, Poyani and Kamal, adding to its tranquil appeal.
Stretching 17 kilometers along the Narmada River, the garden is maintained by a state-of-the-art drip irrigation system, ensuring year-round vibrancy. Home to over 100 varieties of flowers, including Gulmohar, Champo, and Sunflower, the Valley of Flowers offers a dynamic and colorful experience that evolves with the seasons, making it a must-visit for nature lovers.
Since its establishment in 2016 with 48,000 plants, the garden has expanded to over 2.2 million plants across 24 acres. Also known as Bharat Van, it features more than 300 species of flowering plants, numerous photo booths, and selfie points. The garden is particularly captivating during its annual winter flower show, offering picture-perfect views of the Statue of Unity.
